With this privacy policy, we inform you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data when you visit our website and about the rights that you have as a data subject. If you have any questions about data protection, we are always available using the contact details provided. To provide our offer, we use a cloud service from 1/3 Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521 (“Microsoft”). Your personal data is stored on a Microsoft server in the European Union (Germany) on our behalf.

Provision of the website
In order to ensure a smooth connection and convenient use of our website, when you visit the website, we temporarily collect information about the browser and operating system you use, the type of device used, the date and time of access, the requested website or file and the IP address in anonymized form. This information does not allow the site visitor to be identified and is deleted after 3 months at the latest. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Requests by email or via the contact form
When you contact us by e-mail or via the contact form provided on our website, the personal data transmitted by e-mail or entered in the form will be stored. The data is stored on a Microsoft server in the European Union. This data is processed exclusively to answer the request. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f.) GDPR or Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR, if the request is aimed at the conclusion of a contract. The data is deleted when the purpose of processing no longer applies, e.g. the request has been finally answered.

newsletters
If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we save and use your email address, name and telephone number to inform you regularly by e-mail about offers and events. The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your data for newsletter delivery at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or by sending an email to office@wolves.law. The data will be deleted if you have withdrawn your consent.‍

Use of Google (Universal) Analytics for web analysis
We use Google Analytics to analyze website usage. The data obtained from this is used to optimize our website and advertising measures. Google Analytics is a web analytics service operated and provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States). Google processes website usage data on our behalf and is contractually committed to measures to ensure the confidentiality of the processed data.‍
