Naim Heydarinami
Naim Heydarinami primarily advises on corporate law as well as commercial and distribution law. Other focal areas of his practice include stock corporation and capital market law, international business law and litigation, particularly in economic disputes.
He studied law at the University of Hamburg and completed his traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg with stints in the Hamburg administration and with international commercial law firms. He has been admitted as a lawyer since 2014.
He initially worked for several years in a medium-sized commercial law firm in the areas of banking and capital markets law, real estate law, international business law as well as commercial and corporate law, where he was founder and team leader of the Middle East Desk due to his language skills.
He then worked for a major international law firm in the area of corporate and procedural law as well as in the M&A sector. Most recently, he worked for a renowned commercial law firm, primarily in the areas of corporate law and general business law.
In addition, Naim Heydarinami is managing director and shareholder of various companies in the automotive, healthcare, renewable energy and consumer goods and services industries. He also works as an external advisor for a federal association in the area of corporate law and renewable energy.
Since 2023, he has been founder and partner of Wolves lawyers.
Dr. Amir Heydarinami
Amir Heydarinami is a specialist in industrial property and contract law with a focus on entertainment, health care and life science as well as technology. He provides ongoing and strategic advice to start-ups, particularly in highly regulated industries with highly competitive market conditions.
Amir Heydarinami studied and received his doctorate in Hamburg with a focus on media law and completed his traineeship with stations in Beijing and Berlin. During his studies, he worked at media law departments and institutes, and during his doctoral studies in renowned major law firms in the areas of industrial property, media and data protection law.
From 2019, he worked as a lawyer at IP Boutique Lubberger Lehment in Berlin. During this time, he regularly represented well-known brand manufacturers, in particular from the luxury segment, in contentious proceedings, including in policy proceedings. In recent years, he has increasingly developed a consulting focus and supervised numerous legal projects within companies.
